Event coverage

Up to two hours with the photographer at the event location.
High resolution files of your entire event will be downloadable at no extra cost from a password- protected gallery. Gallery will be accessible for two months.
Out-of-pocket expenses for travel, parking and any fees related to your session (entrance fee into a park, for example) are reimbursable. You will be charged $.45/mile beyond the first 15 miles of travel (the first 15 miles are free!).
Each addition hour is $100 incrementally.
The Client will be granted the rights to reproduce, in any form, all their downloaded images files at their own expense. If the images are used for publication, Cydney Scott Photography requests credit, and additional payment will be due depending on image use (contact photographer for Ad Schedule). Use of images for website, brochures, fliers, and catalogs are included at no additional fee.
A $100 non-refundable deposit will be due at time of booking. If you need to cancel, this amount can be used towards a session at a later date.
PRINTS AND PRODUCTS - In addition to brag books, metallic prints, and bamboo block prints, gallery quality prints in glossy and matte finish are available in 5x7 all the way up to 16x20 through your online gallery.

ADDITIONAL INFO -
A $100 non-fundable retainer is required to book and hold the date for your event coverage and serves as a cancellation fee. However, the fee can be credited towards a future session pending the photographers approval.
The remaining balance for your event coverage is due at the time of your event.
Each additional hour (beyond the first 2 hours) will be $100 incrementally.
